In the Donetsk region, as a result of military actions, the work of a modular filtration station, thanks to which the city of Pokrovsk had recently received water, has been stopped.
It is not yet possible to resume its work. This was reported today, September 12, in his Telegram channel by the head of the Donetsk OVA Vadim Filashkin.
According to Filashkin, work is underway to solve this problem. In particular:
- already now in the Pokrovskaya community, 75 public wells have been drilled at the expense of the local budget, and 250 wells near multi-story buildings at the expense of the condominium association;
- The community has a drinking water supply and eight reverse osmosis units, from which people can collect water for free.
He added that water supply continues in the town of Rodinsky, Pokrovskaya community.
The situation is difficult and will not get better in the near future. Therefore, I urge you once again: evacuate! Evacuation is the only correct choice for civilians! – Filashkin emphasized.
