US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Kyiv on September 11 together with British Foreign Secretary David Lemmy.
Blinken is traveling to Kyiv to announce permission to use ATACMS across Russia without restrictions, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul said on September 10, as quoted by Axios reporter Juliegrace Brufke.
Western politicians have been visiting Ukraine almost every day since the start of the full-scale war, but in most cases their visits are not announced in advance for security reasons.

Lemmy has not visited Ukraine since July 5, when he took office as minister. He visited in May while he was an opposition politician.
Earlier, on September 11, the head of the Senate of the Czech Republic Milos Vystrcil and the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nauseda arrived in Kyiv.
A meeting of the “Crimean Platform” will be held in the capital of Ukraine on Wednesday. During the summit, temporary traffic restrictions will be in effect in the central part of the city, in the Pechersk, Shevchenkivskyi and Goloseevsky districts.
