The Russian dictator dreams of destroying the existing order in Europe using hybrid warfare, they believe in Berlin.

Putin does not strive for peace, and in response to all proposals to discuss this issue, he increases aggression. German Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock announced this on Tuesday, September 10, at a joint press conference with her Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar in Berlin, Ukrinform reports.

He noted that the issue of peace for Europe is the main one.

“For the past 2.5 years, we’ve been working every day to bring the world even one millimeter closer,” he said.

Berbock said that “Russia is responding to all this with new terror, new suffering and death.”

“From the European point of view, these 2.5 years, Putin’s only answer is: “I want to destroy Ukraine,” said the diplomat.

He noted that the Russian Federation was invited to the second peace summit, but Moscow refused, which “shows that the Kremlin continues to work to destroy Ukraine and the existing order in Europe by using hybrid warfare.”

“So, there is no need to be naive and when Putin talks about peace, he just wants to relax to gather forces, completely occupy Ukraine and threaten other countries like Moldova, Putin is only thinking about the world to dictate to him,” he told Burbock.

Earlier, German Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock condemned attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and accused Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin of preparing for a new cold war against Ukrainians.
