TCC employees in Ivano-Frankivsk region were burned due to bribery.
The deputy head of the regional Territorial Recruitment Center and two employees of the district TRC were exposed in corruption. Each of the defendants set up their own corrupt scheme to help people who wanted to defer or avoid military service. This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.
In particular, the deputy head of the OTCC offered to freely obtain a code for identification in the Obereg system or military registration documents for 1 thousand dollars.
The head of the district TCC received the same amount for resolving a similar issue. The deputy commander of the security company of the same recruitment center, in turn, received from 18 thousand UAH, as well as 2 thousand UAH for not bringing to administrative responsibility for violating the rules of military registration. He demanded another 400 dollars for providing an electronic code for identification in the system.
The perpetrators have already been notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an illegal benefit by an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The deputy head of the regional TCC and the head of the RTC are in custody. The court has set bail for them in the amount of 242 thousand UAH each. The officials face up to 10 years in prison.
Let us recall that on September 9, the head of the Buchansky TCC, exposed in the schemes for evaders, received a new suspicion from the SBU under Article 368-5 (illegal enrichment) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The offender was chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention with the right to post bail in the amount of 18 million UAH.
