Republican US presidential candidate Donald Trump said that the Ukrainian authorities are hiding the number of deaths as a result of the war. The politician said this on Tuesday, September 3, on Lex Friedman’s podcast.
In particular, Trump once again said that if elected president, he is “guaranteed” to conclude an agreement to end the war in Ukraine, and that under his presidency, the war will not happen in principle, and “the worst president in the history of our country” is to blame here, Joe Biden.
The Republican said the war death toll was “higher than people believe.”
“If you look at the devastation, at the collapsed buildings everywhere in Ukraine, I think the number of victims lies more about the number, trying to underestimate it relatively large buildings.
