The Cabinet of Ministers is launching a pilot project for the Unified Platform for Housing and Communal Services. Prime Minister Denis Shmygal announced this at a government meeting on Tuesday, September 3.
Users will receive an electronic account where they can find out the tariffs and conclude an agreement.
It was noted that the system will automate processes, provide accessible and convenient services, improve consumer accounting, and allow better control over the quality of services.
Shmygal added that the platform will be integrated with other information systems, which will ensure data exchange.
We previously reported that the Cabinet of Ministers decided to allocate UAH 2.7 billion for a pilot project to restore a number of settlements in front-line regions.
