A Russian war criminal imprisoned a woman in a house where she forced him to take care of her daily life.
The Russian occupier, who committed sexual violence against a woman during the temporary occupation of the right bank of the Kherson region, was declared a suspect. The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this on Thursday, August 29.
We are talking about a 37-year-old resident of Russian Cherkessk, who, under the occupation of the Kherson region, was a soldier of the 25th separate guard special purpose regiment of the Armed Forces of Russia.
At the beginning of September 2022, the conqueror saw a woman on the street, whom he forcibly dragged into a car and brought to the house where he used to live. There, the attacker forced her to undress, then raped her.
The conqueror held the woman captive and systematically raped her. The victim was forced to take care of her daily life, and for “the slightest disobedience he beat her and locked her in the basement for a long time.”
The abuse of the woman lasted for more than a month, after which the conqueror left the locality.
The Russian war criminal was charged with cruel treatment of the civilian population and other violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
