The Ministry of Reintegration has opened a 24-hour hotline for residents of the Kursk region who need humanitarian assistance or want to flee Ukraine. The press service of the Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories reported this the day before, on August 15.
“In connection with the possible deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the adjacent territories of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Russian Federation has opened a 24-hour hotline for residents of the Kursk region in need of humanitarian assistance or who wants to flee Ukraine,” the message said.
