The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, sent an appeal to the UN High Commissioner due to the situation in the Kursk region with a call to condemn “terrorism on the part of Ukraine.” The corresponding statement was published on Telegram on Sunday, August 11.
“I sent an appeal to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights demanding that Ukraine condemn terrorism and take measures to prevent widespread violations of human rights, as we learned, is being prepared for release in September,” said of the statement.
