The head of the Donetsk OVA, Vadim Filashkin, said the three children could be among those killed as a result of a Russian missile attack on Konstantinovka.
“Among the dead, there were probably three children, but the bodies were severely mutilated and only the examination could determine it for sure among the injured, one person was in serious condition, he was taken for treatment to the Dnieper, the others receive medical care in the region,” said Filashkin.
According to him, the rescue and search operation was temporarily stopped due to such a component as security.
