In the Kherson region, in a field near the village of Mirolyubovka, a 34-year-old tractor driver blew himself up on a mine.

    .

The press service of the Kherson Department of Internal Affairs reported this today, August 8.

He suffered a concussion, blast and craniocerebral injuries. The victim was taken to hospital for medical assistance, the statement said.

The OVA reminds that it is only safe to work in the region on lands that have been surveyed by sappers.

If you see a suspicious object, contact the police or rescuers immediately! – the OVA notes.

The press service of the Kherson OVO recently reported that in the de-occupied Kherson region, sappers have already examined more than 335.6 thousand hectares of territory, of which 302.6 thousand hectares are agricultural land. More than 193 thousand explosive objects have been found and defused in these territories.
