Tehran wants to take revenge on Israel on the day of Jewish mourning in just one week.
Iran intends to attack Israel on August 12 and 13 on Tisha Be’av, the day of mourning for Jews. This was reported by The Jerusalem Post on Saturday, August 3.
The publication quoted Sky News Arabia, which, citing Western intelligence sources, said they have evidence that Iran is planning an attack on Israel on Tisha Be’av, which falls on August 12 and 13 in this year. The Iranian attack was carried out in response to the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.
It was also reported that the Iranian attack was likely linked to Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed terrorist group founded in Lebanon.
It was noted that attacking Israel on a holy day of mourning could have an emotional and psychological impact on Israelis.
Earlier, “interesting and unusual events” were announced in Iran. The world media took it as an “announcement” of an attack on Israel.
