People’s Deputy Oleksandr Fediyenko reported three such cases. He stated that Ukrainian citizens informed him about this personally. This is stated in the parliamentarian’s message on Telegram.
It is noted that the first conscript was not registered with the TCC, but after he came to the regional center to clarify the data, he received a fine of 17 thousand UAH. At the same time, the man had previously updated the data through “Reserve+”.
The second Ukrainian was fined by the military for losing his military ID. Earlier, the man updated his data via “Reserve+” and came to the TCC on his own.
In the third case, a conscript received a fine for losing his military ID in the amount of 5,100 UAH. At the same time, the citizen had a certificate from the police about the theft of his documents along with his military ID.
All fines of the TCCs were imposed in accordance with the current legislation, there are no questions to the heads of these TCCs. Although, to be honest, I don’t understand. In the first case, I am sure that a warning could have been enough, — the MP wrote.
Let us recall that in July, the Territorial Integration Centers were given the opportunity to generate summonses using the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons liable for Military Service, and Reservists. The Ministry of Defense assured that this significantly simplifies and speeds up the procedure.
