Drone debris was found outside populated areas;

Representatives of the Romanian Ministry of Defense on July 31 discovered the fragments of a drone in another settlement near the border with Ukraine. We are talking about Tulcea County, not far from the village of Catalkioi. This was confirmed by the statement of the department published on its website.

“Standard operating procedures have been introduced for such situations,” the statement said.

Drone fragments were found outside populated areas. No injuries to people or infrastructure were recorded from their fall.

“We also reiterate our strong signal of condemnation of the attacks carried out by the Russian Federation against Ukrainian civilian objects and infrastructure, which are unjustified and seriously contrary to international law,” the Romanian ministry added.

Romania denied the information that the Russian drones were shot down
