SBU investigators have collected a large body of evidence on the assistant of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, who currently holds the post of Secretary of the State Council of Russia, Alexey Dyumin, as well as on the Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov. Both officials are part of the dictator’s inner circle and are helping him wage war against Ukraine. The press center of the Security Service of Ukraine reported this on Facebook on July 31.
It turned out that Dyumin, who had previously been Putin’s bodyguard and then became the governor of the Tula region, “mobilized” the region for military action in Ukraine. The attacker organized a partial mobilization of men in this region, created the Center for Unmanned Systems and set up production of FPV drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles there. He also ordered his subordinates to assist the Russian army in every possible way.
As for Deputy Minister of Defense Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, he ensures the ongoing training of Russian contract soldiers and those mobilized into the Russian Armed Forces, who are then sent to the front in Ukraine.
Both perpetrators were notified in absentia of suspicion (planning, preparation, unleashing and waging an aggressive war) under Article 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us recall that on July 26, the head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik received suspicion from the SBU, since he organized the forced mobilization of residents of the temporarily occupied areas of Luhansk to the groups of the Russian army.
