One of the buildings of the defense plant “NPO Avtomatiki named after Academician N. A. Semikhatov” caught fire. The area of the fire was 1 thousand square meters. Thick black smoke is visible from many corners of the city. This is reported by Russian Telegram channels.
It is noted that the enterprise is part of Roscosmos and, in particular, produces electronics for rocket and space technology, as well as control systems for intercontinental ballistic missiles.
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported a fire on the roof of an eight-story chemical production facility.
Recall that on July 16, Ukrainian drones attacked the Korenevsky Low Voltage Equipment Plant in the Kursk region of Russia. The roof of the building was destroyed, and everything inside the workshops burned down.
