In the city of Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov region of the Russian Federation, a military truck collided with a passenger car. A 6-year-old child and his mother were killed, and three other children were injured. The Astra Telegram channel reported this on Tuesday, July 30.
“In Novoshakhtinsk, the driver of a military KAMAZ, when turning left, did not allow a Kia to pass, as a result of which the vehicles collided,” the report said.
A passenger in the Kia and her six-year-old son were killed. Three others, a 9-year-old child and two teenagers aged 16 and 17, were hospitalized.
It is said that the accident occurred because the traffic light at the intersection was not working.
