The National Police said that he did this using a bottle with a flammable mixture that he had prepared in advance.

The man wanted to earn money, so he responded to an ad with the task of finding cars of Ukrainian defenders and destroying them. For successfully completing the task, the young man received 40 thousand hryvnias – however, this amount is several times less than what the “employers” promised.

Paliy turned out to be an 18-year-old resident of the Kharkiv region. The guy met an unknown person in a messenger who offered him a “part-time job.”
