The US Department of Defense press service reported this today, July 29.
Assistance will include:

- a package of approximately $1.5 billion under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI).
As part of the $1.5 billion USAI package, Ukraine will receive:
- ammunition for NASAMS anti-aircraft missile systems;
- short and medium range air defense ammunition;
- RIM-7 air defense missiles;
- electronic warfare equipment;
- HIMARS ammunition;
- artillery shells of 155 mm and 105 mm caliber;
- 120mm mortar shells;
- high-precision aviation munitions;
- heavy anti-tank guided missiles TOW;
- Javelin and AT-4 portable anti-tank systems;
- weapon;

This is already the 20th USAI package of the US President Joe Biden Administration and the 62nd second tranche of equipment that will be provided to Ukraine from the US Department of Defense stockpiles since August 2021.
The United States will continue to work with approximately 50 Alliance members and partners to ensure that Ukraine’s courageous defenders have the critical capabilities they need to counter Russian aggression, the Pentagon said.
Let us recall that earlier today the White House announced an aid package for Ukraine in the amount of up to $200 million under the special presidential powers program.
