It is noted that, according to forecasts from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, gusts of wind of 15-20 m/s are expected in Kyiv today (and the danger level is yellow).
The flag will remain at half-mast until weather conditions improve, the statement said.
The flagpole structure on which it is installed is the largest in Ukraine: height – almost 90 m, weight – 32 tons. The size of the flag cloth is 16 by 24 meters.
