The Russian Federation has included relatives of US President Joe Biden on the expanded “black list” of citizens barred from entering the country.
The Russian Foreign Ministry has announced a ban on entry into Russia to the wife and daughter of US President Jill and Ashley Biden. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Telegram.
They noted that they had expanded the “black list” of 25 people and specified that this expansion was a response to new U.S. sanctions against political and public figures of the Russian Federation.
“In response to the ever-expanding U.S. sanctions against Russia’s political and public figures, 25 American citizens from the senators responsible for developing the Russophobic course, members of the so-called McFaul-Yermak group, formed of recommendations regarding anti -Restrictions on Russia, as well as members of President George Biden’s family, ”the message said.
The list, expanded by 25 people, also includes senators, officials and employees of top American universities, specifically Stanford University professor and philosopher Francis Fukuyama. In March, his article Preparing for Defeat was published, in which the author assumed Russia’s complete defeat in the war, the BBC Russian service notes.
It will be recalled that Russia had previously banned the entry of Biden himself, his Vice President Kamala Harris, Zuckerberg, the top leadership of the European Union, Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau and others.
