“On July 22, consumption restriction measures will be in effect throughout the day,” the message said.
From 01:00 to 05:00 there will be a turn off. The biggest restriction is from 18:00 to 23:00 – three closing queues at the same time. During the remaining hours, oblenergos will use a two-phase shutdown.
