The Rostov region of the Russian Federation has re-introduced energy consumption limit schedules due to heat and the risk of equipment overload, Donenergo JSC reported on Friday, July 19.

According to Russian power engineers, the reason is not only power consumption, but also overheating of the equipment.
In addition, for part of the territories of the Stavropol Territory of the Russian Federation, the electricity supply is also limited due to the load on the system, the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Communications reported. At the same time, which territories are subject to restrictions is not indicated.
It was later learned that industrial and commercial facilities in temporarily occupied Sevastopol would also be cut off from electricity due to the shortage. In Crimea and Sevastopol, blackout schedules are in effect starting Tuesday.
