From now on, the heads of companies that are critical to the Ukrainian economy or work for the needs of the Defense Forces will be able to book their employees in a few clicks on the portal. The result can be obtained within 24 hours. This was reported on July 17 by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in Telegram.
The Ministry of Economy informed that first the manager must submit a reservation application through “Action” and certify it with an electronic signature.
Next, the system will automatically check the registers to see whether the conscript is officially employed and whether there is information about this person in the Obereg register.
If the check is successful, the booking information will appear in the “Reserve+” application. Subsequently, the booking extract can be downloaded from the “Action” portal and printed out if necessary.
Officials noted that, if desired, booking documents can be submitted in paper format. Both forms of submission of documents will have the same weight.
Let us recall that the Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the procedure for granting and revoking the status of a combatant to individuals, and it is now possible to apply for the status of a combatant on the Action portal.
