At the same time, the spokesman expressed hope that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will continue.

In addition, French President Emmanuel Macron called on Twitter the Kremenchuk attack shameful.

“The bombing of the mall in Russia’s Kremenchug was an absolute horror. We share the pain of the families of the victims. And the anger at such embarrassment,” he wrote.

“This heinous attack has once again demonstrated the depth of cruelty and barbarism into which the Russian leader is falling,” Johnson said.
