US President Joe Biden received a report of an assassination attempt on Donald Trump.
According to him, the FBI is now conducting an investigation in the preliminary phase. There are no details yet on a motive, but we do know who the shooter was.
“So I urge you not to jump to conclusions and let the FBI do its job,” Biden said.
While the investigation is underway, the US President has issued several instructions. In particular:

the US President ordered the Secret Service to review all security measures at the Republican Party convention, which begins on July 15;

In his speech at the briefing, the US President once again called on the country for unity.
