As a result of a strike by Russian troops in the village of Budy in the Kharkov region, the head of the Kharkov regional department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Artem Kostyrya, was killed. This was announced by Kharkov mayor Igor Terekhov, quoted by the Kharkov City Council on Saturday, July 13.

Today, Artem Kostyrya was killed by the Russian invaders in repeated terrorist attack in the village of Buda hit deliberately when all services arrived at the scene of the incident, said the mayor.
Terekhov expressed his condolences to the family, friends and relatives of the deceased.
