A group of civilians exploded in the Chuguevsky district of the Kharkiv region.

The tragedy occurred in the village of Staritsa this morning, July 12. As a result of the explosion, civilians were injured: men aged 18 and 63 and a woman aged 43. Three more people were diagnosed with an acute stress reaction. This was reported to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration and the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram.
It was established that they exploded on a Russian tripwire. Law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war – Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us recall that on July 7, a passenger car exploded on a Russian Mini while driving along a dirt road in a forest in the Kharkov region. Four people died, including a child.
