According to preliminary data from military experts, the Russians hit Okhmatdyt with an X-101 cruise missile.
The decision to launch missile attacks on Ukraine, especially on the children’s hospital Ohmatdet in Kyiv, which was received by the highest leadership of Russia. Prosecutor General Andrei Kostin said this in a commentary Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday, July 9.
“It was a joint strike, carried out simultaneously by air, sea and ground-based missiles, so it is obvious that the decision to defeat was made by the highest leadership of Russia,” he said.
Kostin noted that according to preliminary data from military experts, the missile that hit the Russians Ohmatdet, – This is the X-101 cruise missile.
“This is confirmed by the video recording of the hit, the design of the missile and the trajectory of its flight. Such conclusions are also confirmed by the analysis of fragments from the crime scene. The video shows the damage to the children’s hospital Ohmatdet a missile is clearly visible, moving without any deviations towards a specific target,” said the Prosecutor General.
Since, according to representatives of Russia itself, the Kh-101 cruise missile is highly accurate and resistant to electronic warfare, we can conclude that the children’s hospital was the target of the attack by high-precision weapons of Russia, Kostin emphasized.
The Prosecutor General added that most likely, the remaining Russian strikes will be specifically directed against civilian targets in Kyiv, Krivoy Rog, Dnieper and other Ukrainian cities.
We remind you that on July 8, the Russians launched a massive attack on Ukraine. One of the targets was a hospital Ohmatdet in Kyiv. Two people died in the establishment and 30 were injured, including 10 children.
The SBU established that the Russians attacked the hospital with an X-101 missile. A video of this attack has been released.
