The head of the Nikolaev OVA, Vitaly Kim, reported this on his Telegram channel.
At 00.13, as a result of enemy shelling of the area, a ballistic missile damaged the working equipment of an agricultural enterprise and two private cars, he noted. – The workers of the enterprise, men aged 27 and 38, received debris wounds. They were hospitalized, their condition is moderate.
Over the past 24 hours, July 8, the following Russian shelling of the Nikolaev region was recorded:
- Pervomaysky District was subjected to a missile attack at 10:10. During the work of air defense forces, four cruise missiles were destroyed, the fragments of which fell in an open area outside of populated areas and caused several fires in dry grass. The fire was quickly extinguished by firefighters. There were no casualties;
- in Voznesensky district at about 14.25 as a result of a ballistic missile hitting a farm, a dry grass fire broke out, which subsequently spread to residential buildings. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. Among the victims are a 45-year-old woman and a five-year-old child. So far, their condition is stable, moderate;
- in Nikolaevsky district, the enemy attacked the Kutsurubskaya community with an FPV drone at 15:00. On the same day, at 23:18, and also at 04:05 on July 9, artillery shelling was recorded at the community. There were no casualties;
- In the Bashtansky district at 16:20, as a result of falling debris from a downed enemy reconnaissance UAV, a fire of dry grass broke out, which was quickly extinguished. There were no casualties.
