In the past 24 hours, three residents of Pokrovsk and one resident of Toretsk were killed in the Donetsk region, and ten civilians were injured.
The previous day, July 8, Russian war criminals killed four and injured 10 civilians in the Donetsk region. The head of Donetsk OVA, Vadim Filashkin, announced this on the morning of Tuesday, July 9.
“Russia is killing civilians! On July 8, the Russians killed 4 residents of the Donetsk region: 3 in Pokrovsk and 1 in Toretsk another 10 people in the region were injured during the day,” said Filashkin’s message.
The infographic shows more detailed data on the injuries of the previous day.
The total number of Russian casualties in the Donetsk region in the infographic below does not include Mariupol and Volnovakha, as these cities are under occupation and it is impossible to get accurate data from there. Therefore, in fact, the number of casualties among the civilian population of the Donetsk region is much higher, and only the properly documented data is presented here.

We remind you that on the morning of July 8, Russia launched a series of massive attacks on Kyiv, Dnieper, Krivoy Rog and other Ukrainian cities. The Russians hit the Okhmatdyt children’s hospital in Kyiv, killing two people.
Air defense forces shot down 30 missiles out of 38 launched by the Russians. As a result of massive missile attacks on Ukrainian cities, more than 40 people died. The number of wounded is approaching 200. In Kyiv, 27 are known to have died, among them four children.
