A significant number of missiles are flying from the north towards Zhitomir. There, as well as in the Kyiv region, explosions took place.
On the night of Monday, July 8, Russia attacked Ukraine with cruise missiles from Tu-95 strategic bombers.
According to the Air Force and monitoring channels, the missiles came from the north and, having flown over the Kiev region, headed for Zhitomir.
Explosions were reported both in the Kyiv region and in Zhitomir. Whether these are caused by air defense operations or arrivals is still unknown.
According to the latest reports, there are no more missile monitoring channels in Ukrainian airspace.
It was also reported that all four Tu-95 aircraft that attacked Ukraine will return to their home base.
We remind you that at night the Russian Federation scrambled a Tu-95 strategic aircraft from the Olenya airfield in the Murmansk region. Later, the Air Force reported the launch of cruise missiles from the Volgograd region. An air raid alert was announced across Ukraine.
