Servicemen of the Groza Battalion, which is part of the First Operational Purpose Brigade of the National Guard “Burevoy”, showed footage of combat operations. It shows how defenders are beating with grenade launchers, small arms and sniper rifles. The National Guard of Ukraine reported this on Telegram on July 7.
As is known, the length of the Serebryansky forest, judging by information from open sources, is 10.1 hectares. The Ukrainian Armed Forces hold the defense there, and the fighting has been going on since the summer of 2022.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that 151 combat clashes took place on the front over the past 24 hours. The invaders are attacking most of all in the Pokrovsky, Limansky and Kurakhovsky directions.
Let us recall that the 12th special forces brigade “Azov” together with the 1st operational brigade “Burevoy” of the National Guard carried out offensive actions in the Serebryanskoye forestry in the Luhansk region. The defenders advanced 1 km in depth and 2 km along the front, thereby completing one of the stages of offensive actions in their direction.
