In the current week, Russian aggressors have fired more than 600 guided aerial bombs (UABs) and nearly 40 missiles of various types into Ukraine. President Vladimir Zelensky announced this on Facebook on Saturday, July 6.
“Our people continue to suffer from the fear of Russia. This week alone, Russia has used more than 600 guided bombs, more than 60 suicide bombs and almost 40 missiles of various types. ,” he says.
At the same time, Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine has strengthened its air shield this week.
“Thanks to Germany and the United States, the Ukrainian Patriots will show themselves better in protecting themselves from the fear of Russia,” assured the head of state.
At the same time, Zelensky said that in order to protect all our cities and villages, “to truly overcome the fear of Russia,” more concrete decisions are needed.
“And next week we will work with partners for such decisions – we are already preparing them,” the president said.
We remind you that the NATO summit will be held in Washington on July 9-11. Vladimir Zelensky said he hoped for a “strong deal” at the end of the summit.
Also the day before, Zelensky said that the allies are fulfilling the air defense agreements.
