“It shows how some girls grabbed the hands of another girl and hit her on the head and stomach, as well as pulling her hair and throwing her to the ground. The fight was filmed on their phone, one of the witnesses said he liked what was happening,” law enforcement officials said.
As law enforcement officials found out, a fight broke out between minor girls in the village of Osovtsy, Chertkivskyi district, on the evening of June 27.
“The attackers turned out to be a 16-year-old local girl, and the victim was a 14-year-old resident of a nearby village,” the police said.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the girl who assaulted another girl in accordance with the article on petty hooliganism (Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses). This is punishable by a fine of up to 119 hryvnias, community service up to 16 sixty hours, correctional labor up to two months, or administrative arrest up to 15 days.
The police also find out all the witnesses, eyewitnesses and additional events of the fight and will decide whether to bring the other participants in the fight to administrative responsibility.
In one of the schools in the Dnieper district of Kyiv, classmates beat a 13-year-old teenager, law enforcement officials began criminal proceedings. The boy’s mother reported the beating of the schoolboy to his classmates.
