As of 19:45, one person was killed and five were injured. Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko announced this in his Telegram channel.

Unfortunately, there may be more victims,” he emphasized.

It is noted that rescuers are clearing away rubble; there are people trapped in apartments.

Emergency responders rescued one man from a car – the victim was covered with parts of a mutilated house,” Klimenko said.

The head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional council, Nikolai Lukashuk, reported on his Facebook page that four floors of a nine-story building were destroyed as a result of a Russian missile attack.
