“The strategy is very simple. Stabilize the situation. Get the required amount of equipment and prepare the required amount of forces and means to launch a counter-offensive to retake all of our territory,” he said.
The head of the GUR stressed that the Ukrainians “should not wait for a miracle, that they (the conquerors – ed.) Will get tired and stop the desire to fight.”
