In Ukraine, hospitals built on a modular system may appear in de-occupied territories. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Health Bogdan Borukhovsky during an inspection on the construction of similar medical institutions in Poland, the report of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
“Ukraine is studying the experience in Europe in the construction of factory-made hospitals of a modular type. They may appear in de-occupied territories, where the enemy has caused the greatest damage to medical infrastructure , ”Borukhovsky said.
According to the deputy minister, such buildings are not inferior to traditional ones, but they are built much faster: modular technologies make it possible to build a hospital with 300 beds in almost a year. .
“We understand how important it is to restore the population’s access to medical care as soon as possible. Therefore, in de-occupied regions, we are considering the possibility of building modern modular hospitals that are now operating in Europe. ., but almost all -medical institutions built from modular structures with full engineering equipment, made in the factory and built on the construction site, “said Borukhovsky.
