Russian aggressors used Caliber cruise missiles for another air attack on Ukrainian territory on the night of June 23. Two of them were shot down by air defense forces. The commander of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Nikolai Oleshchuk, announced this on Telegram.
In total, the invaders used three Caliber missiles. They hit Ukraine again with them from the Azov Sea, like last night, the general said.
According to him, two enemy missiles were shot down by the Air Force’s anti-aircraft missile units in the Kyiv region.
Earlier, the spokesman of OK South, Dmitry Pletenchuk, said that the Russian invaders began to use the waters of the Sea of Azov to deploy their ships and launch missiles of the Caliber type, as they considered it more it is safer than the Black Sea.
