Independent members of the supervisory board of the Energoatom joint stock company are Timothy John Stone, Michael Elliot Kirst, Jarek Neverovich, state representatives – Vitaly Petruki and Timofey Milovanov.
Supervisory board members will manage the company, as well as monitor and control the activities of its executive body.
