According to analysts, Russia wants to repeat last year’s strategy with access first to the Nadezhda-Novoyegorovka line, and then to Pervomaiskoe-Cherneshchina.

The 3rd Special Operations Brigade confirmed the information about the Russian offensive. As mentioned in the brigade, the Russians are advancing with tank regiments, attracting a large amount of artillery, additional detachments of Wagner troops and special forces. Also in this direction, the enemy uses FPV drones, CABs and chemical weapons.

The 3rd OSB added that since May, military brigades have killed 1,068 Russians, and wounded nearly 2,292 more.

The Russian army sends “whole platoons and companies of personnel” to attack Ukrainian positions, which are constantly replenished (about 250-400 invaders weekly).

“Despite the size of the enemy and the lack of reserves, the brigade continued to hold several lines for more than a month,” added the brigade.

According to the commander of the Third Separate Assault Brigade, Rodion Kudryashov, Orovaya is an advantageous position in terms of terrain and logistical communication.

“Borovaya is now the main direction of concentration of efforts. And the direction of the main attack is now mainly in the zone of the Third Separate Assault Brigade. The enemy has been gathering troops for more than a month,” he said.

At the same time, the invaders did not have any operational successes in this direction recorded, for which, according to Kudryashov, the enemy paid a very high price.
