A regular bus got into an accident in the Transcarpathian region.

The accident occurred on Monday, June 17, in the village of Simer, Uzhgorod district. It turned out that the 69-year-old IVAN bus driver was traveling from Polyanskaya Guta in the direction of Uzhgorod. But, driving through the village of Simer, he lost control and drove into a ditch. As a result, the bus turned over on its side. The Transcarpathian region police reported this on Facebook.
11 passengers were injured in the incident. Doctors recorded significant injuries in 46- and 60-year-old women, as well as in a 17-year-old girl.
Investigators have already opened criminal proceedings under Part 1️v. 286 (violation of road safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
Let us remind you that on June 4, in the Vinnytsia region, a minibus with 17 children and five adults returning from an excursion got into an accident. The accident injured five teenagers aged 16 and 17 years and two adults.
