The number of countries that signed the communique following the Global Peace Summit decreased from 80 to 78. Iraq and Jordan disappeared from the list
Iraq and Jordan withdrew signatures of the Declaration of Peace
Currently, the list of signatories to the final declaration consists of 78 countries.
For unknown reasons, representatives of two Middle Eastern countries withdrew their signatures, so the number of those who did not sign the document is 15, namely:
- Saudi Arabia
- Armenia
- Bahrain
- Thailand
- Vatican (observer)
- India
- Libya
- Colombia (did not arrive)
- Mexico
- South Africa
- Brazil (observer)
- Indonesia
- UAE
And recently added Iraq and Jordan. This list also includes the UN as a separate organization.
The Ukrainian delegation is also holding consultations with countries that have not signed the communiqué with a view to including them on the list.
Signatories also include the European Council, the Council of Europe, the European Parliament and the European Commission.
