Ukrainian law enforcement officials have documented approximately 130,000 war crimes. This means an average of 150 crimes per day.
Every 10 minutes, Russia commits a war crime against Ukraine and Ukrainians. Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andrey Kostin announced this on Sunday, June 16, on his Facebook page.
“So far, we have documented almost 130,000 war crimes. This means an average of 150 crimes per day. Every 10 minutes, Russia commits a crime against Ukraine and Ukrainians,” the statement said.
Kostin said that together with the Ukrainians who survived the war crimes of the Russian Federation, he took part in the Peace Summit in Switzerland.
“I sincerely hope that this summit will strengthen the efforts of the international community aimed at stopping these atrocities, in particular, working on the release and return of Ukrainian civilians illegally detained by the Russian Federation and children who were forced into exile by the aggressor,” added Kostin.
It was previously reported that the Russians posted data on children deported from Ukraine on adoption websites.
