In the past 24 hours, troops of the aggressor country, Russia, have staged 18 strikes in the Donetsk region. This was reported by the National Police on Friday, June 24.
Under enemy fire were 14 communities: Krasnogorovka, Avdeevka, Kalinovo, Vozdvizhenka, Pervomayskoye, Bakhmut, Pivdenne, Orlovka, Zheleznoye, Slavyansk, Umanskoye, Raygorodok, Konstantinovka, Maksimilyanovka.
The enemy fires at the civilian population using small arms, aviation, tanks, heavy artillery, mortars and Grad and Smerch multiple launching rocket systems.
There were dead and wounded in the civilian population. In addition, 25 civilian facilities were destroyed: 21 residential buildings, a school, a factory, and administrative buildings.
The police and the SBU have opened criminal proceedings under the article on violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The head of the Donetsk OVA, Pavel Kirilenko, reported in the Telegram that on June 23, as a result of enemy shelling, three civilians were killed in the region and another person was injured.
It will be recalled that on June 22, four civilians were killed in the Donetsk region as a result of enemy shelling. Five more people were injured.
