A 30-year-old businessman from Khmilnyk created and ran a Telegram channel in which he discredited the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He published information about the work of TCC and JV in the region.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. He faces up to eight years in prison, the SBU reports.

It was established that the defendant created and administered a Telegram channel in which he discredited the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during martial law.
In particular, the attacker published messages about the locations where representatives of the TCC and SP were carrying out mobilization activities in the region to notify the population of military age.
Let us remind you that the police can detain a citizen if conscripts, those liable for military service, or reservists violate military registration rules, violate laws on defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization. In case of administrative detention, a protocol must be drawn up in any case.
