The occupiers attacked the Dnepropetrovsk region with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles, which were launched from the Russian Taganrog region. In addition, 18 attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type were launched from the areas of Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia and Cape Chauda in the occupied Crimea. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Telegram.

The air attack was repelled by mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, anti-aircraft missile forces, fighter aircraft and electronic warfare units. During the battle, 17 drones were destroyed in the territories of Nikolaev, Kherson, Zaporozhye and Khmelnytsky regions.

A drone attack led to a fire at an infrastructure facility in one of the settlements in the Khmelnitsky region. The head of the OVA, Sergei Tyurin, informed that there were no injuries or deaths, and all relevant services were working on the spot. At night, one Russian Shahed was shot down over the Khmelnitsky region.

Let us remind you that on the night of June 5, the invaders attacked Ukraine with 27 Shaheds. Ukrainian defenders managed to shoot down 22 UAVs in the Nikolaev, Kherson, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy and Poltava regions.
