This decision, made by the Cabinet of Ministers today, June 4, concerns those workers who received a deferment from the Ministry of Economy. Thus, the “reservation” is automatically extended for three months for those who did not have it expired at the time the resolution was adopted, that is, May 7. The permanent representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, the resolution concerns reservation within the framework of relevant decisions of the Ministry of Economy, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2023 No. 76 “Some issues regarding the implementation of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On mobilization preparation and mobilization” regarding the reservation of military personnel for the period of mobilization and during wartime.”
We would like to remind you that in May the Ministry of Economy reserved military service workers from the companies Glovo, Visa, and Favbet Tech for the period of mobilization. This decision led to a scandal, so Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko canceled this order.
