The Russian Federation carried out a missile attack on the Kharkov region

On the night of May 3, the enemy army launched missile attacks on a recreation center in the village of Dachnoye, Chuguevsky district. A 45-year-old migrant from the Donetsk region died. Two employees of the boarding house were injured – a 35-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
It is preliminary known that the enemy army hit the populated area with five S-300 missiles. They were launched from the territory of the Belgorod region.
The Chuguev District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkov Region began a pre-trial investigation into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder – Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us recall that the head of the Kharkov regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, reported that the Russian invaders on the night of June 3 launched a massive missile attack on the Zmiev community of the Kharkov region.
