Marina Bobranitskaya, head of the system development department for the provision of administrative services of the Ministry of Digital Development, spoke about this in a commentary on the We-Ukraine TV channel.
The appointment time takes on average 10 minutes,” noted Bobranitskaya. — This is a service that does not require additional documents or execution of any additional documents. Everything happens quickly and functionally.
It is noted that central centers work without breaks on weekdays, large urban centers work on Saturdays, there is one day when they work until 20.00.
To update data via CNAP you need:
- sign up for the CNAP through the “Action” application or come to the center without an appointment;
- fill out an application and provide up-to-date information;
- the center administrator will help you update this data in your personal account on the Action portal;
- after this, the administrator will issue a statement about updating the data, certified by the signature and seal of the TsNAP.
You must bring your passport, identification code and mobile phone to the Center to receive SMS confirmation. Military ID is not required.
